The France international has not had much of an opportunity to work on his match sharpness this season, having been frozen out of the first-team picture at Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho.

RUMOURS: United reject £19m bid for Schneiderlin

He has seen just 11 minutes of Premier League football and made only eight appearances in all competitions.

At 27, Schneiderlin should be enjoying the peak years of his career and needs to find regular football if he is to remain part of Didier Deschamps’ long-term plans with his country.

He was part of France’s Euro 2016 squad that reached the final of the tournament last year, called in as a late midfield replacement for the injured Lassana Diarra.

RUMOURS: No second Baggies bid

Everton and West Brom have both expressed an interest in securing his services, with initial approaches knocked back by United.

Schneiderlin’s future continues to hang in the balance, but he is working hard to stay fit – even going as far as to work with a private coach away from Carrington at his local park!

West Brom are reported to have seen an £18 million bid for Schneiderlin rejected, while Everton raised the stakes to £19m.

United are believed to have paid around £24m to lure him away from Southampton in the summer of 2015 and are clearly looking to recoup as much of that fee as possible in any sale.
