The ball is created using a special process that uses thermo-bonding technology, which does away with the need for stitching. This means that the ball is more stable, rounder, takes on less water and can incorporate the star panels. The ball is rigorously tested in Adidas’s AIT lab in Herzogenaurach before being release for general sale, ensuring the highest quality.
